Membership Guidelines
Members must:
- Attend at least one meeting before applying for membership
- Fill out our Membership Application and sign our Non-Discrimination Statement
- Pay $100 Membership Fee
- Subsequent membership will be based upon attendance at a minimum of four meetings in the previous year.

Phil Miller provides financial security and flexibility to senior homeowners through the Reverse Mortgage program. This program is administered and insured by the federal government, and it allows qualified borrowers to access the equity in their homes and draw cash for any purpose that they may choose. These funds are drawn on a tax-free basis, and borrowers are never required to make a mortgage payment for as long as they continue to live in the home (although they still must pay their property taxes and maintain homeowners insurance).
This program can be an ideal solution for a wide array of seniors. It allows them to continue living comfortably in their homes as long as they choose, and not be forced sell due to limited retirement income.
