Recompose has designed a paradigm-shifting process for environmental death care that mimics the earth’s natural cycles. Please join local arts, culture, queer-led, female-founded, and business-for-good communities on Thursday, Sept 18, from 6 to 8 pm to:
Honor natural resources • Nurture radical imagination • Support shared growth.
Celebrate life with Champagne toasts (or non-alcoholic bubbles) and cookies from Grand Central Bakery. Two hand-poked tattoo artists will be offering small branch tattoos, and artist Sarah Kavage will share a look back at 2015’s Duwamish Revisited, a year-long public art project featuring more than 100 artists that fostered dialogue and community activism along the Duwamish River, just 500 feet from the Recompose facility.
